and crab apples harvested from our Alvie volcanic property
 and Glen Loch Organic Apple Farm in Gellibrand, in addition
 to apples foraged from wild trees around the Western 
Volcanic Plains, this is the bottle for those seeking a cider
 with complexity. Exotic aromatics and palate led by quince
. Expect mouth-watering acidity and savoury tannin.

Each batch of cider undergoes a slow, cool ferment before
 months of bottle aging. The product completes a full
 fermentation resulting in a crisp, dry drink.
 All fruit processed in Alvie Cider has been organically grown.
