Alvie Cider Late Harvest Batch 1 – 7.0%

Made with apples, nashi pears 
and crab apples harvested from our Alvie volcanic property
and Glen Loch Organic Apple Farm in Gellibrand, this bottle 
of cider displays beautiful, lifted aromatics of tropical fruit.
 Bone-dry with chalky tannins, you can expect increased
 complexity in the fruit character; crunchy and refreshing.

Each batch of cider undergoes a slow, cool ferment before 
months of bottle aging. The product completes a full
 fermentation resulting in a crisp, dry drink. 
All fruit processed in Alvie Cider has been organically grown.
